Lone Star Explorers

Identity

Lone Star Explorers is a reimagined identity for Texas State Parks designed to spark kids’ curiosity and connection with nature. The project focuses on making exploration fun and family-friendly through bold illustrations, cheerful icons, and an inclusive brand voice that invites children to become “explorers” of their own backyard.

I developed the full brand identity, including the logo, illustrations, colour palette, event posters, and souvenirs. The aim was to shift Texas State Parks from feeling like a grown-up space to a place where adventure, learning, and belonging come naturally to young families. Every element, from the playful colourful logo to the fun educational graphics, was created to make outdoor discovery feel exciting, welcoming, and memorable.
